Join our team as the Account Manager specializing in commercial cleaning services. We're on the lookout for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales excellence. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, driving sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and securing new accounts in the commercial cleaning market.

Compensation for this role is a base salary wage with commission (listed pay includes commission), with added perks like a company provided car and cell phone. More details will be discussed throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute strategic marketing and sales plans tailored to commercial cleaning services.
  • Identify and qualify promising business opportunities, leveraging your keen market insight.
  • Present compelling proposals and conduct high-level meetings with key decision-makers to showcase our superior cleaning solutions.
  • Dive deep into client needs, forging strong relationships based on trust and understanding.
  • Harness your industry expertise to guide clients in making informed choices that meet their specific cleaning requirements.
  • Ensure unparalleled service delivery and exceed client expectations by managing relationships with existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of cleaning contracts.
  • Meet and surpass monthly sales quotas and annual revenue targets, driving our growth in the commercial cleaning industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, ideally within a serviced-based B2B environment
  • Experience in writing and editing bid responses and requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Exceptional sales acumen, with a knack for negotiation and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in delivering captivating presentations and engaging client demonstrations using cutting-edge technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess client needs independently and craft innovative cleaning solutions.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, multitasking environment where adaptability is key to success.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning product lines and a solid grasp of the business-to-business sales process.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build rapport effortlessly.
  • A collaborative team player who also excels at working autonomously to drive results.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
